It all began with the French verb parler.
Allow me to explain:
Studying linguistics at MSLU was hard and overwhelming; it left no time for typical student jobs like babysitting or table waiting.
So, I started giving private classes of French, mostly to young adults who had a very clear idea why they needed the language.
Each student had a different purpose and different capabilities of course. So, I opted for a bespoke approach and designed each class individually.
And in that moment I discovered that when you actually care about your customers, the payback is huge.
I’ve been fascinated by the power of customer relations ever since.
And from hospitality to real estate to private aviation, people have always been my main interest.
